Loki’s Success Story June 2024

💙 Welcome home Loki 💙
Loki, a Japanese Akita Cross, went missing on the 8th of June in Bolton BL1 when his retractable lead snapped and he bolted from his owner’s. .
We were contacted by Loki’s family on the 9th of June and asked to help.
Unfortunately not knowing how to react when Loki bolted he was then chased around for quite a while before leaving the immediate area.
Loki then ran for cover & wasn’t seen at all until 2 days later.
There was only one unconfirmed sighting once we got involved and it was quite a distance from home.
We set up a live camera and feed station at owner’s house the day we were contacted but Loki did not show.
In the early hours of the morning on 10th June at around 4am, Loki was sighted by a neighbour at the end of the street where he lives attempting to gain enough confidence to go home.
The family then saw Loki & having very sore, worn pads he eventually approached & was taken straight home where he is now exhausted & resting up.
Clever boy Loki😍
