Welcome home Benji
Benji, a 5 month old Shih Tzu, escaped from the garden on the 23 September. His owner had only had him for 1 week. Sèamus, the owners grandson, contacted us yesterday, 24 September after there had been no sightings of Benji.
We went through all the advice and thermal scoped the area. A feed station was put up and cameras at the front and back of the house incase he made his way home.
It was suspected that Benji had gone into the grounds of the school which is behind his home so they were emailed to forewarn them when they opened the school this morning.
School staff saw Benji and followed the advice on the poster to not approach him. Benji, because he wasn’t approached or called, came to them and was safe! Thank you to Woodhey High School for getting Benji safe and following our advice.
Benji is now sleeping off his adventure . Thank you to all who shared his poster and to Seamus for doing everything we advised.
