Charlie, an elderly Staffordshire Bull terrier, became lost on the 10 June 2021 in Bury, BL9. He was seen with a male near Bury market wearing a blue tracksuit walking her on a rope. On the 13 June, I received a phone call from a lady who had got Charlie from this man. The man had simply handed her to him. They had kept hold of her until they saw a post on our facebook group about Charlie being lost. They then phoned me and Charlie and owner was reunited. Welcome home Charlie. Please always have a dog’s microchip scanned by a local volunteer or at a vets in order to reunite the found dog back with owners. The dog warden should also be informed.
